You can run your tests suites in the Alchemy GridWorks Execution grid. These steps will help you to set up your grids to accommodate the testing you need to do.
Log in to the Alchemy GridWorks Execution Dashboard.
Click on Add Grid.
Fill out the Grid name and, if your tests require it, select “Local Testing” to enable the grid to use local testing (testing applications on your local network that are not publicly accessible), then click Create Grid.
It may take a few moments for the grid to be created. Once the grid is created, you can then click on Start Nodes to configure your grid nodes.
In the Add Nodes dialog you can select the quantity of specific browsers you want in your grid, and you can set the timeouts according to your needs. Once you have it configured, click Start Nodes.
Once the nodes have started, you will see that the Status changes to Running and you can see the quantity of browsers listed. You can then click on Show Nodes to see live views of each node.
If you want to stop the nodes, simply click on Stop Nodes and click on the Confirm button.
When you are done using the grid, click on the Delete button and confirm the deletion.
